Which Items are Refunded or Replaced
Some ShopRemnantNewspaper orders are fulfilled by a third party vendor and shipped on behalf of The Remnant. Refunds and replacements are granted when an item that you purchased is delivered with a defect or error. In these cases, you will have the option of getting a refund for that item or having the same item reshipped to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item you ordered was not delivered and the tracking status does NOT show the item as delivered, please contact cece@remnantnewspaper.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
